Introducing our Meditations

We are contstantly looking to improve our brand and with Gina's Healing background she has the belief and understanding of the importance of taking care of ourselves, the importance of your mind and being aware of your thoughts."You are what you think" We have introduced meditation as a simple way of taking some time for self care. Taking the time to clear the mind, relax and meditate is one of the best ways to help you deal with the every day stresses of our busy lives. Going forward we will have a barcode on the back of each candle & diffuser and a meditation for every different scent. 

This may seem like a small thing to some, but someone who takes the responsibility & the time for self care will improve their well being. It will start you on a journey that you want to create more for you. You will grow to another level and learn to love the person you are. You have heard the expression, "if you don't take care of yourself how can you take care of anyone else", I never fully understood this until I started on my own journey of self development and self care.

Being a Mom of two girls, I started to realize, I had to take responsibility for me to show them how important we are as individuals, if they don't see Mammy taking care of herself, why would they bother, lets stop making excuses of I just don't have the time, I am too busy, I have to do this and that & the other. We have to make the time, get up early, go to bed earlier, Put down your phone. Take 10/15 minutes a day to meditate, to listen to positive affirmations, read that positive book or even take a bath and light that candle. Whatever self care means to you, do it, stop making up all these excuses and make self care a habit like getting dressed and brushing your teeth. 

It's that simple!!
